The fictional genealogy detectives who appear in Three Times Removed make an important discovery at the record office in Carmarthen itself and travel to the coastal village of Llansteffan, just along the coast on the estuary of the river Towey.

M.K. Jones said today “I was thrilled to be invited to attend the Carmarthen Book Fair. I first visited the town when I was researching Three Times Removed, and loved it instantly. And whilst I was in the town I heard about LLansteffan, which I then also visited, and loved equally. Both are places that I return to whenever possible.”

She added “Since Three Times Removed was published by Wordcatcher Publishing of Cardiff it has enjoyed tremendous success, reaching the top of the Amazon charts. My follow up novel, Line of Descent, is also doing very well and the third book in the Maze Investigations series will be published before the end of the year.

Both books, Three Times Removed and Line of Descent, have received many positive reviews on amazon and Goodreads and enjoy high ratings. M.K. Jones’ books have sold tens of thousands of copies around the world and have proven to be a big hit in the UK, where she comes from, but also in USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

The Book Fair features a host of authors from around South Wales and with one poet travelling from Spain, it looks to be an excellent event. The Fair begins at 10am and over 30 authors and poets are expected to attend to meet book lovers, sign their books, and talk enthusiastically about their work.
