Calgary awning retailer and installer Awnings And More Inc. has received its official accreditation from the Better Business Bureau and has a strong score with its first positive review.

Calgary awning retailer and installer Awnings And More Inc. has received its official Better Business Bureau accreditation and has already snagged a positive review, giving the company a 4.5 out of 5 score and a rating of -A.

The window covering retailer and installation service provider, which has been around since May of 2017, officially got its Better Business Bureau accreditation in November of that year and received its first positive review in December.

Awnings And More Owner Jason Smith says he’s pleased the company is now represented with the Better Business Bureau.

In the first 5-star review posted for Awnings And More, a woman identified as Amy P. says she purchased a shutter from the company, which also installed it. She described the entire process as “flawless” and called Smith “knowledgeable and professional” and says she would use the company’s services again in the future.

Smith says the review is indicative of the type of relationship building Awnings And More is doing with its clients.

The Better Business Bureau uses several criteria to figure out and assign both numerical and letter-based ratings for businesses, including complaints filed against the company, the length of time the company has been in business, how transparent the company’s business practices are and any licensing or advertising issues or government actions taken against the company.
