The event takes place on Saturday, Oct 6th from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Silver Spring Civic Center in Silver Spring, MD and serves to raise funds and awareness for the non-profit organization Heart to Hand Inc

Event highlights for When Hair Meets Fashion include the Loc Lov hair models ripping the runway in the latest fashions from designer, Oliver Davis of The Matador Shop. Plus, fresh off a hot Billboard charts debut, 16-year-old instrumentalist, Yasmine, will perform during the fashion showcases.
